Free immunizations will be provided by Public Health-Madison and Dane County for uninsured children or children with BadgerCare. A parent must be present for a child to receive immunizations.
Female Athletes: Please Wear A Tank Top For The Physical Exam
If you cannot attend these clinics, please contact the athletic trainer at your high school to arrange for alternative options for an athletic physical.
