Children need healthy meals to learn. MMSD offers healthy meals every school day. All of our menus in the USDA program are designed to meet USDA nutritional standards. Each menu is analyzed weekly, evaluating it using eight specific nutritional targets.
School Café connects families to MMSD School Nutrition. Creating an account is quick and easy. Gain access to school menus, account balance, and payment options, as well as apply and see the status of your free and reduced lunch application.

As we all prepare for September, MMSD wants to make you aware of a significant change that may impact the families in our community. During the pandemic, MMSD received federal aid that allowed all students to eat school meals free of charge. These funds are no longer available. As a result, MMSD will revert to pre-pandemic practices of charging for breakfast and lunch.
Breakfast costs $1.45 in Elementary Schools; $1.70 in Middle and High Schools. Lunch costs $2.80 in Elementary Schools; $3.20 in Middle and $4.00 High Schools. The reduced price is $0.40 for lunch. Your child(ren) may qualify for free or reduced-price meals if your household income falls within the limits on the Federal Income Chart
All families are encouraged to complete an application for free and reduced meals (educational benefits). Families who qualify could receive additional benefits - such as discounted, waived or reduced fees for sports, activities, MSCR programs, and more. Even if you don’t qualify for benefits, completed applications directly impact school district funding.
