MMSD’s 4K Summer Semester creates a rich learning opportunity focused on early literacy and math through a play-based curriculum.

This summer, more than 40 soon-to-be high-schoolers are getting a leg up as they prepare to make the jump into the next phase of their academic careers.

When most people think of summer school, they think of more math and reading. This year MMSD added a variety of arts, from drumming to singing, dance to artmaking, and poetry.
