Did you know that staff wages and benefits account for more than 80% of the school district’s operating budget? Funds from the operations referendum will allow the district to continue to offer competitive wages to teachers and staff and help with escalating healthcare costs. The operating referendum will also support student learning and programming like full-day 4K, multilingual education, mental health services and more.
