Mother nature gave us a few good weeks that allowed a large section of the main roof to be installed and the interior trades to ramp up. On the third floor, drywall work is ongoing. The skylight opening was temporarily enclosed to encapsulate the heat so taping, sanding, and painting can begin. Interior framing is complete on a section of the first and second floors and will continue across these spaces, where mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) trades are following closely behind. Roofing work continues as weather permits. Brick work is starting this week on the south side, and glass has been installed in the window frames on the south and west sides. Manpower on site has doubled to 75-80 tradespeople since last month.
