Renovations are ramping up as summer approaches

Renovations are ramping up as summer approaches

Demolition and environmental work is complete in the final phase of classroom renovations on the first and second floors. Workers are now installing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) infrastructure. Crews are pouring the concrete subfloors in the bathrooms and installing the steel studs and drywall in these spaces.

Once school is out for the summer, crews will begin working on the final phase of renovations in the woods shop, along with remaining finishes throughout the building.

Updates on current and upcoming work

  • Continuing MEPF work on the first and second floors
  • Finishing concrete subfloors in the first- and second-floor bathrooms
  •  Installing the new turf on the athletic practice field
  • Continuing new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) work in the courtyard

Did You Know? The current phase of construction on the first and second floors contains about 40,000 square feet of renovations – that’s nearly one acre of renovated space in this phase!
