The renovated auto/metals/welding shop area is shaping up nicely. The flooring, ceiling grid, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPF) finishes have been installed. In addition, fresh paint and new light fixtures brighten up the space immensely. Starting next week, the shop equipment will be re-installed.
The second-floor classroom renovations are also progressing smoothly. MEPF work is complete, bathrooms have been reframed, and new drywall is being hung. Drywall taping, finishing, and painting will be completed this week. Flooring and ceiling finishes will be installed in the coming weeks.
Next, crews will begin site work preparations for the future turf athletic field.
Updates on current and upcoming work

- Starting earthwork for the future turf athletic field
- Continuing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) work in the courtyard
Did You Know? The current phase of second-floor classroom renovations includes over 300 linear feet of new drywall, which will replace the old retractable partition walls. These new walls will improve the acoustics and privacy between classrooms in this area of the school.
