School Is Out, Crews Are In!

School is out and construction is in full swing! As students embark on their summer adventures, our crews have taken over all parts of the school. With the building empty, we can now start construction on the school’s main common
areas and classrooms.

Painting crews are applying the first coat of paint to the
new spectator gym and locker rooms. The existing foundation has been removed from the pool locker rooms and it is getting prepped for new mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection (MEPF) fixtures. The student
center, commons and cafeteria are almost completely demoed and crews will start on the interior wall layout soon.

Updates on Current and Upcoming Work

  • Finishing the nearly completed gym addition
  • Installing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing wall fixtures at the new front office addition.
  • Ongoing painting the new locker room area and in the spectator gym
  • Ongoing demolition in the cafeteria and commons
