Construction Progress Continues
Steel joists and decking are being installed in the music addition, and foundation walls are now in place in the technical education addition. These walls will connect the existing technical education area to the main school building and will be completed in the winter of 2023.
On the second floor, above-ceiling piping and conduit are being installed and stud wall framing is in place for a new teacher workspace

Did you know?
Memorial High School currently has one elevator serving the school. As part of the 2020 Facilities Referendum project, two new elevators will be added – one in the technical education and visual arts addition, and one just east of the spectator gym, which will serve the upper weight room, dance room, and gym.
New piping and supports for sinks are installed in the bathrooms adjacent to the fieldhouse
On the music addition, a waterproofing membrane (tan color) has been applied, which will be covered by brick and cast stone
On the music addition, masonry walls are nearly complete, roof beams, joists, and metal decking are currently being installed, and the roofing insulation and waterproof membrane will be installed in early October
