4K - Grade 2 Assessment Information for Families

Screeners helps us know who is on/off track for reaching end-of-year grade-level outcomes. They also beneficial as they help us determine how students are progressing over the course of an academic year. They also help us identify who needs differentiated support.

• FastBridge CBMReading for grades 4 and 5
• FastBridge Math screeners for grades K - 5
• Naglieri Nonverbal Ability Test for grade 2 only

Interim instructional assessments are administered three times a year to assess student progress toward achieving grade-level standards. These assessments have the same level of rigor as the end of year state assessment (i.e., Forward), and therefore are a good indicator of how students will perform.
