ANet Problem Solving and Issue Resolution
Updated: October 20, 2020 Below are some answers to common issues that have come up with FastBridge assessments. If you have other questions, please email Tim Peterson, Director of Assessment.
Saving the test:
Issue: A student closes their Chromebook before they have pressed the "submit" button.
Solution:The test "auto-saves" periodically, so if a connection is lost or a student closes out too soon, nearly all of the information will have been saved.
Issue: Student does not know how to login.
Solution:A short video (1:23) describing how to login to ANet.
