What experiential learning opportunities are available and how do they support career and college readiness?

Through the program of study and Career and Technical Student Organizations, students engage in hands-on experiences that include job shadowing, work-based learning, apprenticeship, competition at state and national events and learn valuable leadership and 21st-century skills.

Youth Apprenticeship

Youth Apprenticeship is a rigorous one or two year elective program for juniors and seniors, that combines academic and technical classroom instruction with mentored, on-the-job training to provide students with industry-established occupational and employability skills.
