Have you used the Data Dashboard yet? If not, you need to join the club! Last month, the Data Dashboard had a record number of uses, with more than 25,000! More than 900 different MMSD staff used the Dashboard during September, another all-time record. So far, Dashboard use is up more than 60% since last year.

This shows that many of you already are taking advantage of this amazing resource. But for those of you who are new to the District or haven’t yet had time to explore everything the Dashboard has to offer, we have some resources available that can help you get oriented:

The Dashboard provides data that is available to you online whenever you need it. By bringing together multiple types of data into one resource, the Dashboard is designed to empower users to find data on demand. The Dashboard can help you answer many of the most common questions you might have about your students or your school. The data on the Dashboard updates every day, so you’ll always have the most current knowledge. Keep an eye out for Fall MAP data and updated behavior data, which is coming soon.

Dashboard access rights are based on Infinite Campus access rights, so you can only see school- or student-specific data for places where you have IC access. Everyone can see district-level summary information.

You can find the Dashboard at The Research & Program Evaluation Office creates and manages the Dashboard; if you have ideas for new Dashboard content, contact Andrew Statz at If you have questions about using the Dashboard, you can contact your School Improvement Partner or Data Strategist.
