2026-27 Enrollment Information

4K and 5K online enrollment for the 2026-27 school year begins
on February 16.

Families with 4K and 5K students new to the district will need to complete the
2026-27 online enrollment application and finish the online enrollment process
by providing their student’s enrollment verification documents if applicable:

• Proof of address
• Proof of your child’s date of birth
• Verification of parent/guardian identity and relationship
• Immunization records (unless retrievable through the Wisconsin Immunization Registry)

School staff will be available on February 23rd from 2-6pm to assist with
