Community Events/Activities Submission Form

The Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) recognizes that young people benefit greatly from the activities and services offered in the community.

Read the MMSD distribution guidelines and policy. If your activity meets the criteria complete the form below and submit your materials. If your flyer is approved, it will be posted on the Community Events/Activities Board and also listed in the MMSD Biweekly Family Newsletter. All fields marked with a star (*) are required.
