The Strategic Improvement Planning (SIP) process serves as the wind in our sails, propelling us toward the realization of MMSD's core values of excellence, belonging, racial equity and social justice, voice, focus, and creativity. Within the framework of intentional co-planning and the steadfast implementation of the SIP, we are poised to unlock the transformative potential of MMSD's three Strategic Framework goals, all in service of our Graduate Vision:

1. Every child is on track to graduate ready for college, career, and community.
2. The district and every school in it are places where children, staff, and families thrive.

Our Aspirational Goal: A 3% Improvement Across Focus Areas

Our dreams are ambitious, and our resolve is unyielding. We have set an aspirational goal: to achieve a minimum of a 3% improvement in each of these focus areas throughout the upcoming school year. We will embark on this journey with continuous assessment, data-driven adjustments, and a shared celebration of our victories as a community.
