Introduction to Guitar

Students interested in learning to play guitar can join us for introduction classes to help you understand initial techniques, styles, and music reading.

Guitars will be supplied in class, and for rental through MMSD over the course to build skills.

  • Location: East Arts Hub (O’Keeffe), West Arts Hub (Cherokee)
  • Days: Monday-Friday
  • Dates: June 20-July 29 (weeks 1-6)
  • Sessions: PM Session One 1:00-2:15, PM Session Two 2:30-3:45
  • Note: Students not enrolled in scheduled courses during the afternoon will be assigned to Open Art Studio while awaiting transportation home. The class capacity is 25 students.
