Retiree Benefits Open Enrollment 2023

Open Enrollment is the one time during the year where you can make changes to your health and dental insurance without a qualifying event. Your Open Enrollment period is from October 15, 2023 to November 15, 2023.  Any changes made during Open Enrollment are effective January 1, 2024.

What do I need to do?

  • If you are not making any changes to your current benefits, you do not need to do anything. Your current elections will roll into 2024.

  • If you wish to make changes to your benefits, please complete the following steps. Complete the Benefits Election form. You can download and print the form; or you can complete the form electronically as a Google form. If you are changing life insurance beneficiaries, complete the Retirement Life Beneficiary Form.

  • Step 2: Submit electronic forms no later than November 15, 2023. Paper forms should be postmarked no later than November 15, 2023. 

Insurance cards will be mailed to your home on or before January 1, 2024.
