Addendum B: SECTION 11 RESIGNATION FROM EMPLOYMENT

11.1 Resignation From Employment

Resignation from employment should be submitted to the Human Resources Department via the Resignation/Retirement Notice form as soon as the employee knows he/she will quit the District’s employ, but not later than four (4) weeks prior to the last scheduled day of work or four (4) weeks prior to the next scheduled day of work if during summer break.
