Addendum A: SECTION 13 BILINGUAL RESOURCE SPECIALISTS

13.3 Evaluation

Probationary employees shall be evaluated annually, in writing, by the District. Concerns relative to an employee’s performance shall be brought to the employee’s attention in a timely manner.

Employees who have achieved nonprobationary status shall be evaluated at least once every three (3) years. The evaluator shall review the evaluation with the employee and provide him/ her with a copy of the completed instrument. The employee shall have the right to respond in writing to his/her evaluation. The response shall be attached and filed with the evaluation in the employee’s official personnel file.
