3.1 District Expectations

The District expects its employees to produce quality work, maintain confidentiality, work efficiently, and exhibit a professional and courteous attitude toward students, other employees, families and the community.  As representatives of the District, employees must be mindful of their actions.  The District expects employees to comply with the standards of conduct set out in Board policies, this Handbook, administrative regulations, and with any other policies, regulations and guidelines that impose duties, requirements or standards attendant to their status as District employees.  Violation of any policies, regulations and guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment. The following delineation of employment practices is for informational purposes and is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all employment expectations.
