3.23 Investigations
  1. Expectation of Cooperation: In the event of a District investigation or inquiry, every District employee has an affirmative duty to provide to his/her supervisor(s) or any other District official assigned to investigate all relevant and factual information about matters inquired except as provided for below in paragraph “B.” Employees failing to volunteer such information shall receive a directive from an administrator to provide a statement. The employee’s failure to comply with the directive may constitute “insubordination,” a violation that will be grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination.

  2. Administrative Leave: The District may place an employee on administrative leave during an investigation into alleged misconduct by the employee.
