6.5 Additional Compensation
Additive Wage: The District can create additive wage positions. These positions are filled at the discretion of the District. An individual serving in an additive wage positions shall be compensated at the rate of $2000 per year in addition to his/her regular compensation. This rate will be adjusted with any negotiated annual base wage increase.
