Introducing, Employee Access (EA) for current employees and Community Access (CA) for separated employees !

Employee Access (EA)

EA allows employees to easily retrieve tax information and complete changes securely on your time table.

Here is a list of the exciting things that EA can help you with:

  • View, email or reprint W2s back three years, free of charge
  • View, email or print pay stubs, free of charge
  • Change your W4 for Federal and/or State tax withholding
  • Change your address, personal phone, and work phone numbers
  • Change or add direct deposit(s) 

Community Access (CA)

CA provides access to:

  • View, email or reprint W2s back three years, free of charge
  • View, email or print pay stubs, free of charge

EA can be accessed through Classlink through the employee’s resignation date.  To view staff only directions, click here

Retired teachers that receive TERP payments for two years, must use EA for TERP .  To view directions, click here

CA is used for employees that have separated from all MMSD or MSCR employment (rehired employees move back to EA).  To view directions, click here.
