New to MMSD or looking to update your staff directory photo? Submit your photo using the Photo Submission form below.

  • Building Services manages ID cards and building access
  • Your location(s) and job title are sent to Building Services automatically after your B number is assigned
  • ID cards are not sent until after your B number is assigned
  • ID cards are sent to your school via inter-departmental mail
  • ID badges are issued by Building Services
  • current and returning employees seeking ID: visit Key Card Support page to open a ticket in IncidentIQ

The photo you are uploading will become part of your official employee record, including your employee badge and our MMSD Employee Directory. Please choose a headshot that is clear, well-lit, and shows your face clearly. Only use a photo that includes yourself and no one else. While the photo does not need to be professionally taken, it should still be appropriate for a workplace setting.
 
The image must be in the file format jpg and be 1 MB or less.
