In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and Wisconsin Statutes (sec. 19.31), the Madison Metropolitan School District processes, produces and responds to public records requests.

The information below shows all public records requests submitted to the Madison Metropolitan School District from calendar year 2022 onward. Column A displays the project name, including the requester, the date the request was made, and, if applicable, the date that the request was completed. In some cases, the name of the requester is not provided due to privacy or confidentiality concerns. Column B shows the status of the request as open or closed. This page will be updated at the beginning of every month to reflect new requests and pending requests that have been completed.
