Having trouble? Try these steps
1. Full Shut Down
- Hold down the Power key until the screen turns off
- Wait a minute and turn back on
2. Hard Reset
- Press and hold Refresh + tap Power once
- When your Chromebook starts up, let go of the Refresh button
3. Check for a Chrome Update
- Click on the Clock
- Click the settings gear
- On the left, select About Chrome OS
- Click on Check for Updates
4. Clear your Cache & Cookies
- At the top-right in Chrome, click the dots
- Click More tools > Clear browsing data
- Click Clear data
If Your Chromebook is Charged, but Won't Turn On
- Press and hold down Refresh
- Tap the Power button 5 Times
- Remove hands and count to 60
- It will NOT turn on immediately
