The Employee Assistance Program provides MMSD Employees and family members with confidential and personal support on important topics that will help you with your well-being, including stress management, nutrition, fitness and daily living. The Employee Assistance Program will help you with support and/or referrals 24/7 by phone, online, live chat, email and text.
MMSD has partnered with Care Solace to support the well-being of our families. Care Solace is a complimentary and confidential care coordination service that can help you quickly find mental health or substance use treatment options matched to your needs, regardless of circumstances.
When U.S. Surgeon General Vivek H. Murthy issued a public health advisory this month on protecting youth mental health, he brought attention to the widespread challenges facing today’s young people. But he also emphasized that these challenges are surmountable — and often preventable.
