Volunteer Training

Each volunteer must complete THREE separate trainings: Learning Forward Together, Covid-19 Health & Safety, Building Safety Protocols. Covid-19 and Building Safety trainings are provided asynchronously, and Learning Forward Together is available both asynchronously and in a live format via zoom.

Once each is complete, your training status will be updated in Volunteer Tracker. MMSD will also offer training sessions in Spanish, and will provide a schedule when those are available.

Asynchronous Trainings: Covid-19 Health & Safety, Building Safety Protocols and Leaning Forward Together

In order to take your required on-line training, you will have to create an account with the Volunteer Training Center.

  1. Go to and click SIGN UP if you do not have an account already.
  2. Please use the same Name and Email address you used when you signed up in Volunteer Tracker.
  3. You will have to confirm your account through your email.

Once your account is created, you can now access the MMSD required on-line trainings.

COVID-19 vaccination verification

Volunteers must submit their Covid 19 vaccine documentation via Volunteer Tracker.
