Our team is currently working on a three-year upgrade to our phone system. The goal of this project is to bring more stability to our aging infrastructure.

Some of you may have experienced issues when retrieving voicemail messages. Now, when you retrieve your messages, you will hear a brief tone each time you enter a digit in your passcode number. Ignore the tone and enter all four numbers of your passcode. You will then access your voicemail messages using the same method used prior to the system update.

If you are having any problems with your phone not operating correctly, please have your custodian submit a work order.
