Existing reservations show as blocks of time.  Open spots are the possible, currently available times for your request.

SO... find an EMPTY TIME SLOT before you complete the reservation request form! 

RED events are pending requests, waiting to be approved.

After you find an empty time slot, follow the instructions on the Reservations page!

If you absolutely can not find any openings that work, please complete the reservation form and thoroughly explain the challenge and needs in the comments section and I will do what I can to make the request work into my schedule.
