  1. Students residing in this area may exercise an option to attend East, La Follette, Memorial or West High School;
  2. The school selected will be considered the student's home school;
  3. Students exercising this option will be eligible to participate in athletic competition at the school selected;
  4. Students desiring to attend another high school within the Madison Metropolitan School District after they have exercised their option will be required to apply for a student transfer.  If such transfers are approved, the students will be ineligible for athletic competition for twelve (12) months.
