The MSAN Institute is a two day, intensive professional development opportunity dedicated to growing our understanding of how school districts develop equity-focused leadership and nurture cultural competence. At the Institute current research and best practices will be presented by local and national experts.  At the heart of MSAN are our students, so we will also hear from students who are impacted by these issues every day.
