Post IEP Meeting Survey
The Department of Student Services is committed to building a strong school-community partnership. In an effort to improve the outcomes of students with disabilities, parents/families will receive a satisfaction survey following their son/daughter's IEP meeting(s). The survey consists of 5 questions. The results are used to improve our systems, procedures, and processes at the district and school level (not down to the teacher level).
