Parent Planner: A Guide for IEP Team Participation

This planner was created for parents, guardians and other family members. Its purpose is to promote better understanding and more meaningful participation in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process. This planner was developed by a group of Madison Metropolitan School District (MMSD) educators with input from parents on the MMSD Special Education Advisory Council.
