MMSD will be continuing the opportunity for employees enrolled in MMSD’s health insurance to take part in a wellness assessment. The wellness assessment includes a biometric screening and a health risk assessment. Those not enrolled in MMSD's health insurance should not complete the MMSD wellness assessment, but can receive similar information at an annual physical.
