MMSD Vaccine Clinics

MMSD is collaborating with SSM Health, Public Health Madison Dane County, GHC-SCW, and UW Health to host vaccine clinics this Spring.

Anyone age 5 and older is welcome to attend.

The following vaccines required by the WI Student Immunization Law will be available:

  • DTaP
  • Polio
  • MMR
  • Varicella
  • Hepatitis B
  • Tdap
  • Meningococcal

In addition, Covid, Influenza, Hepatitis A and HPV vaccines will be available and are highly recommended, but not a requirement by the WI Student Immunization Law.

Please bring your child’s immunization record to your appointment. Contact your healthcare provider or look your child up in the Wisconsin Immunization Registry to review your child’s immunization record and vaccine needs. You can also log into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to find what immunization records we have on file at MMSD.  To do this log in then from the menu, select More, then select health, then select immunizations.

There is no out-of-pocket expense to MMSD clinic participants; however, if you have insurance, please bring your insurance card with you to the clinic.
