We have reduced the amount of pick up locations (or HUBs) from four to two: Memorial and La Follette. See location information here. The hours of operation are from 8am-3pm, Monday-Friday. If you are visiting a HUB to exchange a device or to pick up a device or hotspot please make sure that you have a ticket number prior to arriving at the HUB. If you do not have a ticket number, please reach out to your LMTS. Their contact information can be found by using the dropdown menu below.
Once you arrive at the HUB, please make sure to look for signs for further directions and make sure to practice social distancing.
Request Tech Support
If you are looking for support with access to instructional resources, need a password reset, need assistance with your student issued device, or need to request either a Chromebook or Hotspot, please reach out to your LMTS. Select your school from the dropdown menu below. In the message, include your name and child's name and student ID number. If you have already submitted a request, please know that we are working to respond and there is no need to make a duplicate request.
If you are unable to send an email, call 608-204-5678 and leave a detailed message that includes your name, student ID (if available), school, and the nature of your call.
